Abstract

The aim of this study is to delve into the intricacies that shape job satisfaction among educators in the education sector of Karachi, Pakistan, providing a deeper understanding of the underlying factors at play. Factors such as administrative style, fringe benefits, and promotional opportunities were examined to determine their impact on job satisfaction and how they can positively influence the performance of teachers. Through prior research, it has been established that there is a strong positive correlation between these factors and job satisfaction in the education sector of Karachi, Pakistan (Hair et al., 2017; Kline, 2015). The study aims to provide valuable insights on how to improve job satisfaction among teachers in the education sector, which will ultimately result in better performance and improved educational institutions.
